Providers in the network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Historyvan Pest Control still wants to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Historyvan Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

You should get an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. Historyvan Pest Control will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you will get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.
If the response does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
